Join us in driving this transformation! **See below the responsibilities for this position:** * Perform operational payroll routines, including data entry, verification, and validation; * Draft and manage contracts and addendums, especially for apprentices (schedules, due dates, and modifications); * Support bank payment processing: vacations, terminations, advances, benefits, and other obligations; * Manage vacation and termination processes for apprentices; * Conduct initial payroll and pricing reviews, including billing, CNPJ migration, shift/course changes, client submission, and necessary adjustments; * Deliver pay slips and payment statements in physical or digital format; * Organize and maintain physical and digital files, including personnel, intern, and apprentice records; * Monitor terminations, assisting with calculations, issuing payment orders, signatures, archiving, and homologation; * Issue documents for billing partner companies and CIEE‑RS projects; * Provide operational support to companies, suppliers, employees, and apprentices, clarifying inquiries; * Monitor and ensure submissions to government systems (eSocial, FGTS, etc.), guaranteeing compliance with legal obligations; * Monitor and schedule medical examinations, manage ASOs, track periodic exams, and support occupational accident management, including CAT issuance assistance. **Required Qualifications:** * Experience in Human Resources Department, with focus on payroll; * Undergraduate studies in progress (minimum requirement); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle large volumes of information; * Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude; * Commitment to deadlines, legal compliance, and delivery quality. **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM **"Here, everyone has space to grow.
