Analyze tender notices, attachments, terms of reference, and official spreadsheets, identifying risks, requirements, and evaluation criteria. Interpret requests from private companies, understanding scope, needs, and commercial parameters. Create cost sheets and proposals using advanced Excel, ensuring data accuracy. Request, negotiate, and consolidate supplier quotations for price composition, among other job-related activities. Requirements and Qualifications Relevant experience in this role is desirable.
