Operate aerial telephone line processes through installation and repair of telephone lines, conducting tests, laying and removing cables; Respond to technical service calls from corporate and residential customers by installing and repairing ADSL internet access, repairing subscriber lines and trunks, configuring modems/routers, and restoring basic and advanced configurations of personal computers. Perform TUP services through maintenance and technical testing. Enable cable TV services via antenna installation, configuration, and required testing; Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling tests, component and equipment replacement, and execution of tests and configurations; Perform FTTH installations and repairs; Conduct micro-repairs on IT equipment, diagnosing issues and correcting them or performing preventive maintenance; Provide user support when necessary; Perform other tasks of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. 2512120202501915664
