In this role, you can make a difference through the following activities: Develop workshop lesson plans aligned with the Social Center’s reference documents; Conduct workshops, facilitating knowledge construction while supporting learners’ development, social inclusion, community development, and socio\-occupational adaptation, using appropriate languages, media, and technologies consistent with the pedagogical proposal of the project in which you are involved; Investigate and reflect on your educational practices, staying current with trends in education and social assistance fields to produce innovative pedagogical knowledge and practices within your area of expertise, in alignment with institutional guidelines. **Requirements** -------------- At the Marist institutions, we seek individuals who believe in education’s transformative power.
