Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production; managing productive capacity and teams; and supporting process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Support process improvements **Position: Production Planner – Alvorada** **Salary:** R$3\.000,00 to R$3\.500,00 depending on experience **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (card usable for fuel) * Transportation allowance * On-site cafeteria * Health and dental insurance (Unimed or Doctor Clin), with 20% employee co-payment deducted from salary and 80% subsidized by the company **Work Schedule:** * First shift: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM or * Third shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM **Responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and control production, including developing and monitoring schedules * Analyze production orders, technical drawings, and bills of materials * Monitor performance indicators and identify production bottlenecks * Manage productive capacity, resources, and teams * Supervise shop-floor operations to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery * Utilize ERP/MRP systems * Support process improvements, product industrialization, and preparation of management reports **Requirements:** * Solid experience in production planning, scheduling, and control within an industrial environment * Experience in metallurgical industries, industrial equipment manufacturing, or make-to-order production * Advanced knowledge of production processes * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and bills of materials * Proficiency in production performance indicators (OEE, productivity, efficiency, and losses) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
