Job Title: Junior Housekeeper Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily cleaning and organization of designated areas, such as guest rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and common areas; - Ensure proper sanitation of all surfaces, furniture, and equipment according to established quality standards; - Restock rooms with necessary supplies, including towels, soaps, toilet paper, and other hygiene items; - Report any issues or maintenance needs to supervisors; - Comply with company safety regulations and internal procedures. Required Qualifications: - Completed elementary education; - Minimum of 6 months’ prior experience as a Housekeeper or in similar roles; - Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; - Commitment to quality and work efficiency; - Physical stamina and agility to perform cleaning tasks; - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation techniques; - Experience in hospitality or healthcare settings; - Certification in courses on safe handling of cleaning products.
