Effective communication and report preparation Career Opportunity as an Operational Inspector at Safe Security We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Operational Inspector, with options for DAY or NIGHT shift. Schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off. We seek someone who shares our commitment to excellence and professional ethics. We are looking for a responsible, punctual, committed, organized individual capable of managing teams under their supervision, reporting to and generating reports for their superior, and possessing basic computer skills to serve as an OPERATIONAL INSPECTOR. The ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels is also essential. As an Operational Inspector, your responsibilities will include: * Managing all employees at the posts under your supervision; – Conducting daily inspections of posts using company vehicles; – Controlling documents in coordination with HR; – Managing company vehicles (cars and motorcycles); – Direct communication with the company supervisor, HR, and employees; – Conflict management; – Scheduling and maintaining service post rosters; – Quality control of services – attendance, punctuality, uniforms, personal hygiene, etc.; * Monitoring and actively participating in WhatsApp groups for service posts; – Resolving general issues related to operational department services. * Preparing daily reports on conducted visits. Requirements: Required: – Experience in asset security; – Availability for the 12h x 36h schedule, either Day or Night shift; – Valid driver's license categories AB; – Preferably residing in Porto Alegre; – Completed high school education; – Security guard training is a plus; – Computer skills for using systems and preparing spreadsheets and reports; – Excellent interpersonal skills; – Strong communication skills; – PROACTIVE attitude; – Experience in team management is a plus.
