Job Summary: An FP&A and Controlling professional responsible for financial reporting, budgetary analysis, pricing negotiation support, and investment analysis, ensuring alignment with internal controls. Key Highlights: 1. FP&A support and month-end closing analyses. 2. Budget (Budget and Forecast) development and analysis. 3. Preparation of gross margin reports and cost comparisons. **Key Responsibilities:** Provide support in FP&A processes, preparation of reports, and analyses related to month-end closing. Develop, maintain, and analyze annual and monthly budget reports (Budget and Forecast), particularly for the Sales area. Prepare gross margin reports and cost comparisons for management and the Commercial team. Prepare and analyze detailed cost breakdowns to support sales price negotiations with customers, based on inflation and exchange rate movements. Support financial investment analysis (CAPEX). Participate in the quotation process by preparing financial feasibility analyses and cost comparisons. Ensure alignment of processes with internal controls. **Qualifications/Skills:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent. Intermediate English proficiency required (TOEIC - 500). Strong proficiency in Office/ERP systems, especially Excel. Prior experience in Controlling or Accounting (minimum 3 years), preferably within a multinational company. Previous experience in accounting and finance is considered an advantage. Detail-oriented, with focus on broad strategic and organizational goals. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to work across multiple locations and at all levels and functions of management. Ability to meet tight deadlines and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks.
