Job Summary: Manage and organize medical schedules, mediating communication between patients and the healthcare team to ensure efficient service delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Support in optimizing consultation hours **Responsibilities:** * Schedule, reschedule, and confirm medical appointments; * Organize and manage physicians' and patients' schedules; * Contact physicians via online platforms to confirm appointments; * Provide patient support via telephone, e-mail, or WhatsApp; * Send appointment reminders and pre-consultation instructions to patients; * Update patients' registration information in the system; * Assist in scheduling optimization to maximize consultation time efficiency; * Mediate communication among patients, physicians, and administrative staff.
