Responsibilities and duties: * First- and second-level IT support for service requests, provided in person, by phone, or via the helpdesk system; * Functional and operational support for Polibrás and WinThor systems, including registrations, queries, operational routines, and user guidance; * Registration, tracking, prioritization, and closure of service requests according to SLA; * Microcomputer support (desktops, laptops, printers, data collectors, and peripherals); * Installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems and corporate software; * Support for access management, user permissions, and system profiles; * Assistance in identifying recurring failures and suggesting improvements to systems and processes; * Liaison with vendors and external support for opening and tracking service requests; * Support for hardware and software inventory routines; * Escalation of critical incidents to higher support levels. Requirements and qualifications: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields. * User support and customer service experience; * Experience with Polibrás and WinThor systems; * Experience with helpdesk systems; * Basic knowledge of hardware and software; * Windows operating systems; * Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi); * Basic knowledge of networks and servers.
