Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and operating parking systems
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES \- What and How?**

Update incidents, pending items, and new information with the previous shift’s CCTV operator;
Guide customers via intercom—upon being called—regarding resolution of issues arising during entry or exit from the parking facility, using informational announcements;
Manage key control;
Screen service authorization requests;
Report shift-related incidents to the Supervisor;
Support the Parking team in monitoring and identifying equipment or area-related issues throughout the parking facility.
Support opening and closing activities for parking levels and cashier stations, identifying and anticipating potential incidents;
Monitor Parking Controllers and valets, verifying area coverage;
Report equipment issues—pertaining to the parking system—to Supervisors and technicians, including gates, barriers, APS (Automatic Parking Systems), automatic payment systems (Sem Parar, ConectCar, Veloe, Taggy, Greenpass, etc...);
Verify recording, playback, and operational status of all CCTV system components;
Perform checklist regarding camera positioning and functionality;
Conduct daily CCTV monitoring operations across the entire parking facility;
Modulate and transmit messages over the parking facility’s designated radio frequencies;
Receive authorization requests from floor posts (e.g., authorization to activate equipment, authorization to access restrooms, etc);
Organize garage areas during opening and closing, paying attention to cleanliness of parking equipment and floors;
Screen customers at facility entrances during shopping center closed hours;
Provide customer assistance and release at barrier gates during equipment or ticket malfunctions;
Direct vehicle traffic when all parking spaces are occupied;
Facilitate vehicle movement within the garage;
Monitor vehicle stay duration in the parking facility after shopping center closure;
Assist customers in garages experiencing discharged batteries, flat tires, or requiring locksmith services;
Maintain parking signage and isolation measures per briefing instructions / regulations;
Replenish/replace cards at barrier gates;
Organize and store all signage, isolation, emergency (vehicle suspension carts, jacks, luminous batons), and PPE equipment;
Keep the parking storage area organized (cones, chains, barricades, etc);
Clean parking equipment (gates, barriers, APS, etc).
