




Job Summary: Receptionist with experience in customer service, PBX systems, and software applications, responsible for reception, communication, and customer satisfaction surveys. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys via telephone **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Greet, identify, and announce customers and visitors; answer and forward telephone calls via PBX and messages via WhatsApp; receive external mail (postal service) and internal mail (mail pouch) and deliver them to recipients; maintain an updated extension list; conduct customer satisfaction surveys via telephone. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Prior experience as a Receptionist, familiarity with PBX systems, proficiency in software applications, and completion of high school education. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **BENEFITS:** Salary: R$ 1\.330,00\.
