Monitoring of shipments and documents 3. Commercial area support REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Student majoring in International Trade or related fields. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Support import process stages, ensuring timely completion; * Monitor shipments, document approvals, and follow-up with suppliers and freight agents; * Update and maintain the control system with an up-to-date database of all processes; * Verify and enter invoices and payment amounts; * Provide product and process information to support the commercial area; * Handle customs clearance procedures and control each stage until delivery to warehouses.
