Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate live broadcasts and recordings for digital platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) using software such as vMix and similar tools; * Perform real-time switching between multiple video sources and audio mixing; * Continuously monitor broadcast and recording signals to ensure technical quality and stability; * Adjust video parameters (color, framing, exposure) of remote cameras as required by productions; * Receive, organize, and trigger visual content (VTs, CGs, illustrations) at the correct moment during programming; * Collaborate closely with production and technical teams to ensure optimal delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in teams; * Flexibility regarding working hours and availability for various shifts; * Familiarity with broadcasting/transmission software such as vMix, OBS, or similar; * Ability to work under pressure with focus and agility in live environments. **Additional Information** **Internal candidates must apply by 05/14/2026\.** RBS is built by people.
