Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to customers via channels such as chat, WhatsApp, telephone, and email. * Schedule technical interventions for cases requiring maintenance. * Deliver technical support to customers; * Continuously monitor network infrastructure and related systems using specialized tools and software to identify issues or anomalies, such as connectivity failures, traffic fluctuations, packet loss, and data congestion.
