Job Responsibilities: * Respond to diverse service requests using appropriate tools. * Perform cleaning of offices, restrooms, courtyards, sidewalks, and other company areas, as well as carpets, walls, windows, furniture, and/or other relevant items. * Direct dirt and waste from environments to designated collection points. * Maintain company plants and gardens. * Perform general services at the company related to maintenance, cleaning, pantry, kitchen, and gardening. * Ensure proper care of materials, utensils, and equipment under one's responsibility, including maintaining cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the workplace, observing occupational safety regulations and following instructions according to assigned tasks. * Prepare and distribute coffee and tea, if requested by departments, provided such tasks are authorized by immediate leadership. Requirements: Completion of elementary education Working Hours: 220 hours per month Availability to work on Saturdays when necessary.
