Job Details * Employment type: CLT (Permanent) * Professional area: Logistics * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, from 07:30 to 17:30, and Friday from 07:30 to 16:30 (1-hour break) * Salary: To be negotiated Benefits Transportation allowance, meal allowance, food allowance, medical and dental assistance Responsibilities and duties Assist in inspecting received materials, verifying quantities, integrity, and specifications according to purchase orders and invoices; identify internal materials using labels and external materials using identification plates; inspect and record invoices for supplies and freight charges; assist in controlling material withdrawals from the warehouse, recording deliveries; maintain updated inventory movement records, including stock write-offs and transfers; ensure warehouse and adjacent inventory organization and security; assist in controlling materials stored at construction sites, ensuring their integrity and preservation; organize and deliver documents to the administrative department via courier, such as invoices, vouchers, receipts, and third-party documents; assist in organizing and storing materials according to the Construction Manual (CM) and construction site layout; follow up with suppliers to monitor and manage delivery deadlines of purchased products, tracking dates in the system; and operate a forklift whenever necessary. Requirements and qualifications Basic knowledge of construction materials, forklift operator training, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable.
