**Responsibilities:** Support transportation department operational routines, including expense recording, issuance of CT\-e, MDF\-e and pickup documents, receipt control, document and trip verification, scheduling of pickups and deliveries, driver registration and approval with risk management companies, tracking of company-owned and third-party vehicles, purchase order issuance, and logistical support for drivers and clients. **Requirements and qualifications:** Completed high school education. Strong communication and writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to learn.
