Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to work on construction sites, assisting with equipment assembly, material preparation, and workplace maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness At ESTAQ, we specialize in foundations and soil surveys, and we are looking for a Production Assistant to work directly on our construction sites. Responsibilities: * You will be the Machine Operator's right-hand person, assisting with anything required. * You will load and organize materials, tools, and parts on the construction site. * You will assist in assembling and disassembling large drilling equipment. * You will be responsible for assembling support components used in foundation construction. * You will prepare cement mixtures used in foundations and complete simple activity control reports. * You will keep equipment and the workplace clean and organized. * Requirements * Physical strength and stamina for physically demanding work involving lifting heavy objects. * Ability to work well in a team and maintain good relationships with colleagues. * Availability to work overtime and on some weekends, as needed. * Willingness to travel to construction sites in other cities/states.
