**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree and/or technical diploma in Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
* Mandatory experience in procurement for new projects and in technical documentation management for engineering and suppliers;
* Preferred knowledge of SAP ERP, E-Clic, SPF (Smart Plant Foundation), and SIGEM.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Management and organization of technical documentation within specific systems. Creation of document cards, issuance and control of numbering, revision, and handling of client comments. Monitoring supplier documentation—including its entry into the Electronic Document Management System (GED), submission for review/comments, tracking of return timelines, and external communication with suppliers to address technical team comments. Strong communication skills with both suppliers and clients. Control and issuance of equipment and material requisitions via SAP. Participation in due diligence activities; monitoring and updating of performance indicators.
