What we seek: A professional capable of ensuring the store’s financial health, sector organization, team management, and compliance with standards established by the franchisor—thereby delivering the best possible customer experience and ensuring strong business results. Your responsibilities and activities will include: * Delivering technical training in both classroom and on-the-job (shoulder-to-shoulder) formats to disseminate the franchisor’s standardized processes, procedures, tools, and methodologies. * Ensuring 100% of store employees are trained according to their respective roles, as outlined in the training matrix. * Identifying opportunities to improve training materials, manuals, guides, and presentations, and sharing feedback with the University to enhance knowledge retention among store employees. * Conducting store mapping. * Tracking business KPIs with Store Managers, Supervisors, and Kitchen Chiefs, in coordination with the Operations Manager and Administrators. * Monitoring the performance of trainees through scheduled visits, verifying practical application of knowledge delivered during training sessions. * Supporting and monitoring theoretical and practical training delivered by store leadership. * Maintaining records of store-based training via spreadsheets or systems to identify individual development opportunities for each store employee. * Providing relevant input to the University to support updates to the training curriculum. * Monitoring KPIs and targets for your assigned group of stores, identifying training opportunities. * Ensuring store trainers possess the necessary knowledge to effectively cascade training content. * Ensuring implementation of the Store Checklist by store leadership, requesting both historical data and monthly consolidated reports during visits. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Valid Driver’s License: Categories B and A Personal Vehicle Willingness to Travel
