**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Grow with us! We are Grupo Flex, and we’re looking for a Growth Intern (data-focused) to join our ecosystem. We seek someone with an analytical mindset, a systemic perspective, and curiosity about growth—a trainee who thinks like an engineer, acts like an analyst, and views the business as a system—where each data point is a piece that helps drive results. About the area: The Growth team operates at the intersection of data and strategy. Our focus is identifying growth opportunities through quantitative analyses, KPI modeling, and structured experiments that directly impact company performance. It’s an environment of experimentation and continuous learning, where data guides decision-making. Activities/Responsibilities: • Support data collection, organization, and analysis across various company departments; • Create and monitor performance and growth dashboards (Power BI, Data Studio, or similar tools); • Conduct statistical analyses and simulations to forecast impacts of growth strategies; • Map key performance indicators (KPIs) and build models for tracking and forecasting; • Automate reporting and monitoring routines using spreadsheets, scripts, or BI tools; • Support the development of predictive models and customer behavior analyses; • Collaborate with operations and technology teams to generate actionable insights. **REQUIREMENTS:** Prerequisites: • Currently enrolled in Production Engineering or Statistics (from the 2nd semester onward); • Strong analytical foundation and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; • Knowledge of logic and data analysis; • Interest in data-driven businesses and growth metrics; • Organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications: • Prior experience in data analysis, BI, planning, or optimization projects; • Familiarity with Power BI, Python, SQL, or Google Data Studio; • Experience modeling KPIs (CAC, LTV, Churn, Revenue, Margin, etc.); • Understanding of experimentation (A/B testing, causal analysis, regressions).
