Job Summary: Provide specialized support for the BI and Controlling modules of the CIGAM ERP, assisting clients in information analysis and strategic data utilization for management purposes, in close coordination with Product, Implementation, and Support teams. Ongoing collaboration with Product and Support teams Provide specialized support for the **BI and Controlling modules of the CIGAM ERP**, assisting clients in information analysis, identification of inconsistencies, and strategic data utilization for management. The professional will be responsible for **investigating scenarios, analyzing database data, understanding business processes, and supporting clients in the correct use of BI and controlling tools**, while also contributing improvement suggestions regarding documentation, training, and product enhancements. This position involves **ongoing collaboration with Product, Implementation, and Support teams**, contributing to the continuous evolution of the ERP and delivering value to clients.
