We value **diversity**, believing everyone is welcome. **Responsibilities and Duties** **THE APPRENTICE YOUTH WILL:** Support administrative activities in the assigned department, handling tasks directed, taught, and supervised by one or more team members; Perform telephone customer service, providing appropriate answers when knowledgeable, or taking messages and forwarding them to the responsible person when necessary; Process invoices for payment, organize and archive department documents; Participate in scheduled development meetings and challenges; Attend and complete theoretical activities required by the partner Apprenticeship Institution. **Requirements and Qualifications** The program lasts **18 months**, including professional apprenticeship training in Commerce of Goods, Services, and Tourism offered by a regional partner institution, covering practical administrative activities and behavioral development.
