Job Summary: Operates and adjusts laser cutting machines, interprets technical drawings, performs basic programming, and controls the dimensional quality of parts. Key Highlights: 1. Control the dimensional quality of cut parts **Position:** Cutting Machine / Punching Press Operator – Alvorada **Salary:** To be negotiated, based on experience **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (card usable for fuel) * Transportation allowance * On-site cafeteria * Medical and dental insurance (Unimed or Doctor Clin), with 20% employee co-payment deducted from salary and 80% subsidized by the company **Work Schedule:** * First shift: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Second shift (under evaluation): 12:12 PM to 9:00 PM * Third shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM * *Availability to work all shifts, if required.* **Responsibilities:** * Operate and adjust laser cutting machines according to work instructions and manufacturing orders * Read and interpret technical drawings to verify dimensions, thicknesses, and part specifications * Position sheets and perform basic programming on the control panel * Control the dimensional quality of cut parts using measuring instruments * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work area **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Laser Machine Operator, preferably on CNC laser cutting machines * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Knowledge of metrology and measuring instruments * Basic understanding of cutting machine adjustments and parameter settings * Preferred: Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields, and experience with cutting software Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.800,00 – R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
