Maintenance Management: \- Plan and organize preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery, trucks, and light vehicles. \- Complete and register service orders (SO) based on requests from operators or drivers. \- Coordinate with mechanical and electrical maintenance teams to schedule maintenance execution dates, ensuring communication to drivers and relevant departments. \- Monitor and update the maintenance plan, engaging internal or third-party services as needed. 2\. Inventory and Procurement Control: \- Verify part availability in inventory; if unavailable, conduct/request quotations, comparing quality and price, to request purchase authorization. \- Manage inventory of essential replacement parts and materials. 3\. Supplier and Third-Party Coordination: \- Serve as liaison with third-party workshops for monitoring mechanical and electrical services. \- Maintain relationships with dealerships and third parties to track service progress and deadlines. 4\. Diagnostics and Data Control: \- Record all repairs performed, including replaced parts, to maintain a detailed history for each vehicle. 5\. Procedures and Reporting: \- Develop and implement operational procedures related to fleet and transportation management. \- Prepare performance reports, maintenance cost analyses, and fleet availability reports. Requirements and Qualifications 1\. Academic Background: \- Technical or undergraduate degree in related fields (Mechanics, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines). 2\. Experience and Technical Knowledge: \- Proven experience managing fleets of heavy vehicles and machinery. \- Experience with electronic diagnostic systems. 3\. Skills: \- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. \- Effective communication for interacting with drivers, operators, and suppliers. \- Proactive problem-solving and solution-seeking attitude. \- Knowledge of cost control and maintenance planning. 4\. Technologies: \- Familiarity with diagnostic software and fleet management tools. \- Advanced Office Suite (especially Excel).
