Organization of HR department documents and files ABESS has an opportunity for an HR Department Assistant to work at its headquarters in Porto Alegre/RS. **Location:** Rua Dr. Prudente de Moraes, 445 \- Chácara das Pedras, Porto Alegre **Schedule:** Administrative (Monday to Friday) **Compensation \+ Benefits:** **Employment Type:** CLT – 44 hours per week **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Work Mode:** On-site **Compensation and benefits:** R$ 2\.200,00 \+ Meal Allowance \+ Transportation Allowance **Responsibilities:** Support in onboarding and offboarding Payroll entries and verifications Timekeeping, vacation, leave, and benefits management Employee assistance Support in labor compliance and eSocial obligations Organization of HR department documents and files **Requirements:** Minimum 3 years of experience in this role; Knowledge of HR department routines (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, labor charges, benefits, etc.); Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to deadlines; Experience with the Domínio system will be considered a plus.
