Support data collection, organization, and analysis for the business. **Job Description:** Grow with us! We are Grupo Flex and seeking a Growth Intern (data-focused) to join our ecosystem. We’re looking for someone with an analytical mindset, systemic vision, and curiosity about growth — an intern who thinks like an engineer, acts like an analyst, and views the business as a system — where every data point is a piece enabling results to move forward. About the team: The Growth team operates at the intersection of data and strategy. Our focus is identifying growth opportunities through quantitative analyses, KPI modeling, and structured tests that directly impact company results. It’s an environment of experimentation and continuous learning, where data guides decision-making. Responsibilities: • Support data collection, organization, and analysis across various company departments; • Create and monitor performance and growth dashboards (Power BI, Data Studio or similar); • Conduct statistical analyses and simulations to forecast impacts of growth strategies; • Map key performance indicators (KPIs) and build models for tracking and forecasting; • Automate reports and routine **Requirements:** Prerequisites: • Currently enrolled in Production Engineering or Statistics (from 2nd semester onward); • Solid analytical foundation and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; • Knowledge of logic and data analysis; • Interest in data-driven businesses and growth metrics; • Organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in data analysis, BI, planning, or optimization projects; • Familiarity with Power BI, Python, SQL, or Google Data Studio; • Experience with KPI modeling (CAC, LTV, Churn, Revenue, Margin, etc.); • Understanding of experimentation (A/B testing, causal analysis, regressions).
