Job Summary: A professional to supervise project implementation activities, manage schedules, identify customer processes, and supervise teams to ensure service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise the implementation of projects and customer requests 2. Establish schedules and define responsibilities 3. Ensure quality and timeliness in implementation solutions Supervise implementation activities to meet requirements arising from projects and customer needs. Establish the implementation schedule with various work stages, defining dates, conditions, and responsibilities of all parties. Identify the customer's operational structure and existing processes for estimating training duration and stages. Supervise implementation solutions to ensure compliance with quality and timeliness requirements for each activity. Issue and analyze specific Operations performance reports to review service quality. Supervise team members regarding their obligations. Organize, under management guidance, monthly field consultant travel arrangements, ensuring strong client relationships and seeking continuous improvement for the company. Requirements: Strong communication skills; Proactive attitude; Teamwork orientation; Problem-solving ability; Organizational skills; Sales experience; Currently pursuing or completed degree in Project Management.
