It currently operates six establishments: Ristorantino Jardins, Ristorantino Riviera de São Lourenço, Ristorantino Rio, Ristorantino Caffè (Pátio Higienópolis Shopping), Lassù, and Lassù Rooftop Club — all led by Ricardo Trevisani, a restaurateur with 40 years of experience in gastronomy. He began his career as a chef in Italy for nine years, then managed Grupo Fasano for over two decades, and subsequently founded and operated the Maremonti chain until 2013. Join our team! **Job Objective** Support the waiter in customer service, ensuring service efficiency, table organization, and assistance with dining room flow. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in setting up and organizing tables (mise en place). * Serve water, simple beverages, and assist in delivering dishes. * Collect used tableware and utensils from customers. * Keep the dining room clean and organized during service. * Support the waiter in attending to tables. * Restock support items (cutlery, napkins, condiments). * Quickly prepare tables for new customers. * Follow instructions from the dining room team and leadership. * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. **Requirements** * Good physical stamina and agility. * Interest in learning dining room service. **Behavioral Competencies** * Agility and sense of urgency * Organization * Proactivity * Teamwork * Customer attention Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.800,00 – R$1.930,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
