Job Summary: Manage service contracts with a focus on results, people, and processes—leading teams, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction, and promoting continuous improvement. Opportunity to bring new ideas and grow in a welcoming environment. **What We’re Looking For?** **Key Responsibilities:** Manage service contracts with a focus on results, people, and processes; Lead people: leadership, development, and team engagement; Direct and monitor time allocation to achieve goals and results; Communicate/share departmental and company guidelines, policies, and objectives with the team; Manage operational performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs); Ensure and apply service governance standards; Execute offboarding processes—including terminations, exit interviews, time management, etc.; Guarantee service levels, adherence to deadlines, and quality of deliverables as contracted by the client; Develop and implement action plans for continuous service improvement and team development; Serve as the client’s main point of contact, maintain strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction with deliverables. **Requirements:** Minimum 1 year of technical leadership experience **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of technologies (RPA, AI, BI) **Location:** São Leopoldo/RS **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic and challenging environment where professionals can interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
