Provide remote and on-site support to resolve service requests, offering technical assistance to customers and users—especially VIP users (Directors, Superintendents, and Managers); Perform routine testing and evaluation procedures for hardware, software, and systems to proactively ensure service quality. **Requirements:** Requirements: – Fluent English; – ITIL certification; – Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day on rotating shifts). Location: Centro Histórico – Porto Alegre / RS **Benefits:** Salary of R$ 1\.750,00\.
