




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in responding to emails and attending to clients or suppliers. Administrative control: Support procurement routines, accounts payable/receivable, invoice issuance, registrations, filing, and provide support to company departments. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in Administration. Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Organizational skills and attention to detail. Reside in Alvorada or have easy access to the municipality. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a one-hour break. **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance (at no cost to the employee).
