Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and collaborative apprentice to work in the Construction Materials area, contributing to innovative and efficient solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Handling telephone customer service and client support We are looking for an apprentice to join our team in the Construction Materials area. We seek someone who stands out for proactivity, dynamism, and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in learning and growing in the workplace, contributing to our goal of building innovative and efficient solutions. Our company values open dialogue and teamwork. Therefore, it is essential that you demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, as well as a collaborative mindset. In addition to learning about construction materials, you will also have the opportunity to develop important skills such as organization, responsibility, and commitment. The apprentice will work inside the store, assisting with tasks such as: * Telephone customer service * Sending customer lists via WhatsApp (e.g., sending the first contact from the spreadsheet—something ready-to-use), directly from the salesperson's contact * Price signage * Responding to social media * Assisting with in-person customer service and issuing tickets Join us and begin a journey of learning and professional growth in a constantly evolving sector! * Be aged between 14 and 24 years * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school * Initially enrolled directly in the SENAC course in Alvorada. Afterwards, three days per week at the company and two days per week at the course. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
