




Job Summary: CIEE-RS is seeking a Social Worker in Gravataí to work with youth, promoting human and social development through socio-educational activities and psychosocial support. If you are from Gravataí and interested in working with youth, we have an opportunity for you! **See below the responsibilities:** * Provide technical and direct support to adolescents/youth. * Commit to the socio-educational process of adolescents across all stages. * Report situations involving risk or rights violations. * Provide psychosocial support. * Refer individuals to service networks and accompany youth as needed. * Prepare the Individualized Intervention Plan (PIR) jointly with the psychologist. * Support youth and their families in strengthening intra-family relationships. * Conduct a detailed assessment of each youth’s objective living conditions and, fundamentally, how they build relationships within their social reality, with the aim of inclusion in the PIR. * Maintain and update case records regularly for the purpose of the PIR. * Conduct individual interviews and follow-ups aimed at the PIR. * Participate, when necessary, in commitment circles, post-commitment circles, and conclusion circles; organize and coordinate internal and external workshops. * Conduct home visits to youth’s families. * Accompany youth in performing actions/tasks they cannot carry out autonomously. * Develop and schedule workshops together with the Social Educator. * Prepare reports and official documents. * Develop and schedule workshops. * Perform other duties as required by program demand and coordination. **Requirements:** * Active CRESS registration * Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work Work Schedule: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) \- 6 hours Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Dental plan * Profit-sharing program (PPR) * Meal or food allowance * Pharmacy discount * Childcare assistance * Active Psychology program * Gympass * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Education incentive
