Job Summary: Internship for students majoring in Administration or Mechanical Engineering to support training programs, administrative tasks, and documentation control. Key Highlights: 1. Team collaboration and adoption of new tools Requirements: * Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Ability to work effectively in teams and learn new tools; * Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn. Responsibilities: * Support the Training Department (scheduling, proposals, billing); * Facilitate communication between Cummins factory and employees (access creation/deactivation, portal-related queries, available materials); * Support Engineering KPIs (Clockfy, Proposals, Projects, Planned vs. Actual); * Administrative support; * Assist in documentation control and issuance (ART, reports, certificates).
