**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Ensure that the IT strategy aligns with the company’s guidelines; Coordinate the daily operations of the Information Technology department using performance indicators; Administer the coordination of User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Technical Specification Sheets; Coordinate and manage the Protheus ERP system and SQL database, providing support for administrative and business operational routines; Coordinate and validate the company’s computerized systems in accordance with applicable regulations; Coordinate and maintain the company’s entire technological infrastructure (hardware, software, and telecommunications) fully operational, pursuing continuous improvements in processes and deliverables; Plan and configure network security policies and procedures; Provide user support for network and systems; Develop plans to ensure availability and continuity of IT infrastructure services (Internet, telephony, and data network); Coordinate and ensure proper installation and configuration of software and hardware; Document the network architecture and manage IT service contracts; Coordinate third-party teams to ensure satisfactory fulfillment of all requirements and foster partnerships. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; Experience in system development and SQL databases; Experience in people management. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Work schedule: Monday to Friday – CLT employment regime. **BENEFITS:** Salary: BRL 6,000.00.
