Job Summary: This Junior Execution Consultant engages with customers and retailers, promotes sales, ensures merchandising execution, conducts product demonstrations, and supports marketing and sales activities. JOB: Junior Execution Consultant **Start Date:** 09/03/2026 **Location:** Porto Alegre **Employment Type:** CLT * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Age Range:** 18+ **Education:** Completed High School ### **Responsibilities:** * Approach customers and retailers, fostering positive interactions and driving sales * Visits to Points of Sale (POS) with commercial timing * Maintain strong relationships with sales representatives and managers * Ensure proper merchandising execution and material visibility * Conduct technical product demonstrations * Identify end-user and partner needs * Deliver presentations, training sessions, and support to Marketing and Sales teams * Participate in trade fairs, events, business trips, and technical visits * Execute tool testing and reporting via Involves platform * Identify business opportunities and activate incentive campaigns * + Strictly adhere to POS routines and scheduled working hours * Ensure proper use of uniforms, materials, tools, and company vehicle * Submit monthly inventory reports for equipment and vehicles * Drive sales and report strategic information * Support onboarding and integration of new team members at POS ### **Benefits:** * Base Salary: R$ 2.350,00 * Variable Compensation: R$ 25,00 * Meal Allowance: R$ 25,00/day * Food Basket: R$ 163,57 * + Fuel Allowance: R$ 1.500,00 * Health and Dental Insurance (dependents fully covered by employee) * Corporate Phone * Company Car + transportation allowance via Ticket Log Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License Required: Category B
