**Join the Passarela team!**
**Your responsibilities will include:**
* Gaining thorough knowledge of products manufactured and sold in the department, as well as health surveillance/SIM/SIE regulations applicable to the bakery sector;
* Planning, organizing, and coordinating product replenishment in appropriate bakery locations to showcase product quality and ensure sales within standard shelf-life periods (turnover);
* Managing product pricing and expiration dates, as well as conducting stock audits/inventories;
* Ensuring production adheres to Passarela standards (technical specifications and display);
* Supervising and mediating relationships among employees and between employees and customers;
* Defining, jointly with the store manager, the required staffing levels, work schedules, and number of employees, considering seasonal traffic patterns (hourly/weekly/monthly);\-
* Pursuing daily loss and spoilage reduction resulting from handling errors, inattention during manipulation, temperature issues, receiving problems, etc.;
* Maintaining strict quality requirements during product receiving;
* Complying with and enforcing all merchandise handling procedures, ensuring inventory control reliability and preventing losses, stockouts, and other damages;
* Preserving bakery machinery and equipment by observing preventive maintenance protocols;
* Supporting your team members;
* Collaborating with HR on hiring new department staff and training new employees;
* Conducting functional evaluations for each new employee during their probationary period;
* Preparing work schedules for teams under your responsibility and submitting them to the store manager for approval during the week preceding the start of the month;
* Managing employee working hours;
* Holding team meetings to review performance and define action plans;
* Issuing warnings, suspensions, or terminations as necessary, per company policy;
* Monitoring area sales indicators and spoilage rates, setting measurable and achievable tasks and goals for your team, and holding them accountable;
* Continuously pursuing department growth, team motivation, and customer satisfaction;
* Demonstrating teamwork spirit and offering assistance wherever needed.
**Requirements**

**Job requirements are:**
* Minimum 1 year as Bakery Assistant Coordinator or 1 year as team leader.
**Skills:**
