Act as a strategic partner to leadership. Develop and implement HR policies and practices aligned with business objectives. Monitor all HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance, etc.). Responsible for coordinating payroll and personnel administration routines in collaboration with internal departments and external providers. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Prior experience in team management. Generalist knowledge of HR subsystems. Leadership, communication, and conflict management skills. Solid knowledge of labor legislation. Experience with HR metrics.
