**We are seeking professionals to carry out the following activities:** * Perform tire retreading services following specific procedures and instructions, using appropriate tools according to qualifications; * Report any need for changes in the production process, correct non-conformities, and inform about irregularities in customers’ tire casings to ensure continuous improvement and service quality; * Collaborate synergistically with coworkers and maintain tools and equipment at the workstation to ensure an efficient and cooperative work environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform services following applicable procedures and instructions according to qualifications, using appropriate tools to carry out tasks; * Report to your immediate supervisor any changes required in the production process for any tire, explaining the reasons for the modification and contributing to continuous improvement of the production process; * Identify and correct non-conformities occurring in the preceding step during service execution, document them and/or forward them to your supervisor for analysis; * Report to your supervisor any irregularities related to the casing (customer’s tire) during the retreading process, prioritizing product and service quality; * Maintain tools and equipment used in performing services at your workstation; * Collaborate synergistically with all other unit employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * High school enrollment or completion preferred; * Production experience; * Industrial sector knowledge, manual labor experience, and ability to perform physically demanding tasks preferred. **Additional Information** We seek individuals passionate about service, capable of solving problems, acting with emotional intelligence, and willing to roll up their sleeves and execute tasks.
