




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines, ensuring quality and safety in production, as well as assisting in the onboarding and training of new employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and monitoring of low-complexity equipment and machines 2. Ensuring product quality and compliance 3. Safety verification and equipment maintenance Always check the electrical and electronic system status of the machine and/or equipment at the start of each shift, including safety devices (record in the machine’s logbook); inspect the machine for any other irregularities, such as unusual noises (pre-use equipment inspection); Operate material handling equipment (e.g., overhead cranes) with maximum care and strictly follow operational procedures and workplace safety rules, after receiving specific training; Verify that produced products meet quality standards, are correctly labeled, and properly stored; Assist in identifying, weighing, and directing non-conforming products; Align threads and adjust low-complexity machines; Cut the tails from coils loaded into the designated drum and subsequently into the scrap container; Stock all feeders according to assigned priorities; Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the machine and its accessories; Assess machine condition, monitor and record downtime in the chart fixed beside the machine (downtime control); Perform routine operational tasks through adjustment and operation of low-complexity machines and equipment; Control product quality by performing measurements and monitoring, with appropriate documentation; Operate machines and/or equipment with maximum care, strictly adhering to operational procedures (ITs) and workplace safety rules; Inspect cutting blades’ condition and record findings in the machine’s logbook; Monitor machine constraints and production requirements according to the defined sequence; Check for incomplete work orders and assess production needs; Release parts for delivery following measurement verification; Assist in the training process of Factory Assistants; Organize the workplace; Other duties relevant to the position. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Preferred Qualification: High School (Secondary Education)
