Job Summary: Responsible for transformer assembly activities, including tank, valve, radiator, and accessory assembly, as well as joint vulcanization. Key Highlights: 1. Transformer tank and component assembly 2. Reading and interpretation of standards and technical drawings 3. Quality control and workplace cleanliness Responsible for transformer assembly processes, performing tasks such as tank assembly (installing valves, radiators, gaskets, inspection hatches, radiators, external tap changer boxes, accessory panels, shaft valves, and joint vulcanization), and other similar activities within the area. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform tank assembly. Perform radiator valve assembly. Install gaskets and assemble inspection hatches. Assemble radiators and motor fans. Assemble accessory panels and secure them to the tank. Perform joint vulcanization. Assemble relief valves. Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and/or general instructions regarding assigned tasks. Exercise self-control during each operation/task, observing established quality parameters, inspection frequency, and expected results as described in operational standards, evaluating them visually and/or using measuring equipment, recording results when necessary. Perform cleaning and maintenance of machines, equipment, and/or workplace to ensure they remain in perfect working and usable condition. Perform PEMT-related operational activities.
