Job Summary: Support for physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses of raw materials and products, ensuring laboratory quality and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Support for physical and chemical analysis of raw materials and products. 2. Maintenance of laboratory cleanliness, organization, and safety. 3. Active participation in meetings and collaboration for improvements. Support conducting physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses on raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and intermediates; Support sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and intermediates; Support analyzing and approving raw materials and packaging materials in warehouses, completing worksheets/reports and labeling approved products with specific tags; · Prepare materials and solutions for physical-chemical analyses; · Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and safety; · Verify retention sample collection and guide personnel when necessary; maintain organized storage room for retention samples; · Re-analyze raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and intermediates periodically or as needed; · Participate in departmental meetings and express opinions to support improved work performance; · Inspect quality control equipment, verifying their operational conditions periodically; · Temperature and humidity control: record temperature and humidity of the department daily at end-of-day in worksheets, per Standard Operating Procedure POPCQ-002; Support analyzing samples from new suppliers to qualify them for future supply; Support proper disposal of analytical waste, ensuring environmental integrity per Standard Operating Procedure POPPRO-021; · Notify the department supervisor immediately upon detecting any deviation in analysis results.
