Teamwork and effective communication **Full Job Description** * Perform concurrent and terminal cleaning in clinical and administrative departments; * Sanitize patient rooms, wards, consultation rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas; * Collect general and hospital waste according to institutional protocols; * Restock hygiene supplies in assigned departments; * Properly use chemical cleaning agents and cleaning equipment; * Follow biosafety protocols and infection prevention measures; * Assist in organizing and maintaining hospital environments; * Report irregularities, damages, or maintenance needs to supervisors; * Wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the entire work shift; * Comply with internal regulations, operational routines, and occupational safety guidelines.
