Description

Job Summary: Security Assistant responsible for access control, inspections, monitoring, and various administrative and operational routines to ensure safety and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Access control and security monitoring 2. Mail and package management 3. Logistical support and driver assistance Receive letters, express mail (SEDEX), and parcels; register them in a spreadsheet and deliver them to the designated department. Complete a spreadsheet recording vehicle prefixes, times, and destinations for vehicles returning from or departing on trips. Conduct visual inspections of vehicle bodies upon return from trips. If vehicle body damage is identified, affix a label, notify Traffic Control, and record an observation in the access control log. Issue yellow license plates upon vehicle arrival to indicate refueling requirements. Manage key distribution to building cleaning staff and employees accessing the dormitory. Control access for visitors and third-party companies by registering them in a spreadsheet and issuing visitor badges. Perform visual inspections of employees' bags, shopping bags, and backpacks. Monitor parking lot of Yard 2, dormitory, and strategic locations of Main Yard via CCTV. Assist in coordinating departure and return of shuttle buses operating round-trip services to Rivera and Cachoeira, departing from Yard 2\. Conduct visual inspection inside vehicle trunks upon arrival and departure from the garage to identify potential parcels requiring unloading at Viopex. If applicable, assign an orange license plate to the vehicle, indicating it must park at Viopex. Remove courier bags from vehicle trunks and place them in front of Traffic Control. On weekends, when Viopex is closed, unload parcels remaining in vehicle trunks to prevent parcels from being inadvertently taken on subsequent trips. Request water supplies from the warehouse via telephone call, store in freezer, and deliver to drivers upon request. Receive all items left behind by passengers inside vehicles, label them, store them securely, and report to Customer Service Center (SAC). Handle incoming telephone calls and forward calls to respective departments. Assemble Food Kits and deliver them to drivers before each trip, based on number of occupied seats. Retrieve remaining supplies (soft drinks, juices, ice) from vehicles upon return from trips.
