We are seeking people who want to grow alongside us. **Apply now and begin your journey within the ARGENTA ecosystem.** **Responsibilities and duties** Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on motors, machines, equipment, and production facilities to keep them in optimal working condition. Identify defects in motors and production facility equipment, replacing worn parts or performing necessary repairs. Assemble or refurbish electrical systems, control panels, and other control devices to ensure proper equipment operation. Perform mechanical maintenance services, including assembling and disassembling machines and equipment, repairing or replacing components and parts to ensure optimal functionality. Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on all equipment and related accessories, ensuring proper operation; verify the need for repair of tools used. Lubricate and adjust all mechanical and pneumatic equipment according to each machine’s specifications, using appropriate instruments and interpreting work orders issued by PCM. Use all required PPE according to the requirements of each role. Comply with all company-mandated regulations.
