We are looking for a motivated and committed individual to join us as an Engineering Analyst and support our efforts in the Engineering department. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support monitoring and control of vertical construction projects (MCMV). * Conduct quantity take-offs and verify measurements. * Assist in physical-financial planning and scheduling. * Manage technical documents and construction reports. * Interface with field teams, suppliers, and designers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Civil Engineering degree (from the 4th semester onward). * Interest in working on residential vertical construction projects. * Basic knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD (MS Project and/or Revit are advantages). * Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills. **Additional Information** * Challenging environment with opportunities for continuous development; * Birthday day off; * Paid vacation of 30 days after one year of employment.
