We are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to work in the Internal Audit Area at Central Sicredi South/Southeast, located in Porto Alegre. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the assessment of internal audit strategic drivers and priorities, aiming to facilitate identification of risks and risk factors that may significantly impact achievement of strategic objectives; * Execute audit work programs with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations and applying appropriate audit methodologies; * Fulfill regulatory responsibilities assigned to Central and collaborate with Cooperatives to prevent reputational damage; * Contribute to the sustainable development of Cooperatives through preventive and educational initiatives; * Influence the development (at both Central and Cooperatives) of risk management and compliance culture across business activities; * Evaluate internal control procedures related to processes and transactions defined within audit scopes; * Serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting, guiding, and sharing knowledge with less experienced auditors, thereby contributing to the team’s technical development and maturity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields; * Experience in Auditing, Internal Controls, or Risk Management; * IT and data analysis skills; * Basic English and intermediate Excel proficiency; * Willingness to travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification; * Risk Management certification (ISO 31000\); * Completed or ongoing Specialization/MBA; * Knowledge of auditing procedures for the Brazilian Financial System, IPPF, and COSO; * Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Security. **Core Competencies:** * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Leadership and proactivity; * Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences and individuals; * Adaptability and resilience; * Integrity; * Growth mindset (*mindset*); * Collaborative attitude; * Application of best practices and business knowledge to improve products and services; * Identification and creation of solutions for simple- and medium-complexity problems. **Additional Information** Hybrid work model, alternating remote work and on-site days at Central Sicredi South/Southeast’s office in Porto Alegre, located in the Praia de Belas neighborhood.
