




Description: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Geography; * Instructional Design training is desirable; * Prior experience in the role is desirable. * Research and Development of Digital Learning Objects: Define and develop digital learning objects to meet pedagogical needs, thereby enhancing the company’s portfolio of digital resources. * Curation of Educational Content: Curate digital content in accordance with pedagogical guidelines and address the requirements of the didactic solutions proposed by the team. * Publication of Digital Content: Publish and manage content on digital platforms, ensuring integration of didactic solutions and delivery of digital resources according to defined scopes. * Pedagogical Analysis and Validation: Analyze and evaluate digital products (e.g., online assessments, video lessons, and other resources) from a pedagogical perspective to ensure technical and pedagogical quality in line with company standards. * Platforms and Tools: Maintain up-to-date and standardized information management across systems, ensuring control and organization of digital learning objects (DLOs). * No-code DLO Development: Identify, define, script, and develop digital learning objects (DLOs) using no-code tools, ensuring both pedagogical and technical quality. * Updating and Innovation: Stay current on trends in education, instructional design, digital educational technologies, and innovation, applying best practices to the development of new didactic resources. * Active Participation in Meetings: Prepare and lead biweekly and monthly technical meetings, collaborating with the team to align and achieve pedagogical and content production goals. Work model for this position: * CLT employment contract; hybrid work (for candidates based in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas) or fully remote for candidates elsewhere. * Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 251207020219397874
